The Tepro parts here are precision wirewound resistors: TS axial resistors rated 1 watt with tolerances of 0.1% and 0.05%, and TM aluminum-housed chassis-mount resistors rated 5 watts.
A chassis-mount resistor reaches its power rating when it is bolted to a metal panel or heat sink; in free air it runs hotter. Match resistance, tolerance and wattage when you replace one.
