Refunds
We offer full refunds for defective items or items that don't match their listing. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your order, and you can choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange if a replacement is available.
Return Shipping
If the issue is on our end - a defect, damage in transit, or a mislisted item - we cover return shipping. For other returns, the buyer covers shipping costs.
