Orders over $28 ship free within the continental US. Orders under $28 ship for a flat $8. Simple as that.
Fast Shipping
We ship almost exclusively through the US Postal Service. They're reliable, typically delivering anywhere in the continental US within 2 to 4 days depending on how far you are from our warehouse in Idaho. Their rates also help us keep our prices low - and yours.
Same Business Day Shipping
Our daily cutoff is approximately 2 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed before then go out the same day. If you're up against that cutoff and need your order on today's truck, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Order Notifications
You'll receive email notifications at every step - payment confirmation, shipping updates, and tracking numbers where applicable. If you're not seeing them, check your spam folder.
International Shipping
Our free shipping and $8 flat rate offers apply to the continental US only. Until teleportation gets cheaper, we just can't absorb international shipping costs. Contact us for a custom quote to your country.
Damaged Shipments
Contact us right away. Save everything - the box, the packing materials, and the item, all in the condition they arrived. Email us photos of the damage and the shipping carton. We'll work with you to make it right.
