Rectifiers turn AC into DC. This page carries single-phase bridge rectifiers in DIP, round WOG, flat KBL/KBU packages, rectifier diodes in axial, SMD and DPAK packages, fast-recovery and avalanche types, dual common-cathode power rectifiers, and vintage selenium bridges for period-correct restoration.
To replace a bridge, match or exceed the peak reverse voltage (PIV or VRRM) and the average forward current, then the package and pin layout. Bridge markings put the AC inputs (~) and the + and - outputs in different spots from one package to the next, so check the markings before you solder. For switching supplies, use a fast-recovery or Schottky part where the original was one.
