ON Semiconductor Parts
ON Semiconductor was spun off from Motorola's Semiconductor Components Group in 1999 and started out in Phoenix, Arizona. It bought Fairchild Semiconductor in 2016 and renamed itself onsemi in 2021.
The ON parts here are Schottky and standard rectifiers, fixed and switching voltage regulators, general-purpose PNP and NPN transistors, audio power transistors, MC74HC logic and quad op amps.
How to spot one: the MC prefix carried over from Motorola, and a G at the end of a current ON number marks a lead-free (Pb-free) part.
