Condition

Used, pulled from a decommissioned monitoring system, clean and in good working condition. The black wrinkle-finish metal case is square on all four corners, with a few light scuffs on the top panel and bright rub marks along the edges of the extruded aluminum heatsink. The front panel legend is crisp: a single indicator window sits to the left of three color-coded lines reading MAINTAIN BATTERY in green, CONSTANT CURRENT in yellow and FAULT in red, with the small note "(shorted or reversed output connector)" still legible beneath. The rear specification label reads POWER-SONIC, MODEL PSC-124000AP, OUTPUT 12Vdc 4A, 115/230V~ 50-60Hz 0.98A, P/N 130-0019-01 D 0149. The red input voltage selector on the back panel is set to 115, the IEC inlet and its fuse drawer are intact, and the caution legend beside them calls for 250V 5 x 20 mm fuses, 2A on 115V and 1A on 230V. The base carries a mounting flange at each end, four rubber feet, a QC PASSED sticker and the safety label printed XENOTRONIX Inc. with CSA marking LR68678. What do the three front panel labels mean?
