One unit, listed New as unused NOS. In the photos the white diffuser dome is clean and unmarked, the black barrel threads are full and undamaged, the bright metal M12 male thread is intact, and the four connector pins sit clean and gold-colored behind an unmarred keyway. A factory QC sticker with a green check is still stuck to the barrel. Evaluation was visual inspection only and function testing was not performed, so this indicator has not been powered up here. Original packaging, mounting hardware, cordsets, and paperwork are not included. The piece came out of a contract manufacturer clearing legacy stock.

The band around the body is marked K30PLKQ, 18-30 V dc, 33mA max, TYPE 4X, 13, alongside a CE mark, a cULus Listed mark, and the industrial control equipment control numbers 44TY and 21097A. That 18-30 V dc marking is the governing spec for this listing; the earlier copy said 10-30 V DC, which the marking on the part does not match, so wire it for the marked range. The tail terminates in a 4-pin M12 Euro-style male quick disconnect, which puts it on the same cordset family as the sensors already living in most modern cabinets, so wiring is a plug and a cordset rather than a gland and a terminal strip. Earlier copy also carried IP67 and IP69K ratings; those are not among the markings visible in these photos, so treat them as not confirmed and verify against the datasheet before use.
