This FP-DO-400 module is Used, in good clean condition, and comes still clipped onto its National Instruments FP-TB-1 terminal base, exactly as photographed. It shows normal signs of use but has no major cosmetic defects or damage, and the photos bear that out rather than downgrade it: the front label is fully legible, the clear plastic display window carries light scratching, and the case and the terminal base edges show normal handling wear, with no cracks or broken latches visible.
