Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to make your experience a positive one.

We understand that issues or concerns may occasionally arise with a purchase. There are a lot of parts out there, and sometimes we get it wrong. If that happens, let us know and give us the opportunity to make it right.

PartsMine does not accept returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued in advance.

Return Eligibility

  • Items sold As Is or For Parts / Repair are sold without guarantees or warranty and are not eligible for return.
  • Items sold New or Used include a 45 day return period from the date of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

What We Mean by Misrepresentation

Misrepresentation refers to an item that materially differs from the listing description or photos. We work hard to be accurate, but product descriptions do not always capture every detail. If something does not line up, please let us know and give us the opportunity to make it right.

The RMA Process

  • For RMAs involving defects or item misrepresentation, a prepaid return label will be issued using our shipping carrier.
  • For all other RMAs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must include all original boxes, manuals, packaging, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or missing components may be subject to partial refund or return refusal.
  • Items must be properly packed and insured to ensure safe return.
  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. Please allow up to 3 business days after delivery for inspection and processing. You will be notified if any discrepancies are found.

The Refund Process

  • For RMAs requested within the 45 day return period from the date of receipt, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Store credit
    • Exchange, if a suitable replacement is available
  • RMAs requested after the 45 day return period may be refused. In some cases, store credit may be offered as a courtesy.
  • Returns not related to defects or misrepresentation may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • For items sold New or in original sealed packaging, you must contact us before opening or breaking the seal if you intend to return the item.
  • Returns due to defects or misrepresentation will be refunded in full.
