Refund/Return Policy

We understand at times there may be unforseen issues or concerns with your purchase from us. We're always available using the contact form on our website or by calling us at 208-344-8266 (9 am - 4 pm US Mountain Time, Monday to Friday).

PartsMine does not accept returns without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) being issued.

Items sold As Is or For Parts / Repair are sold with no guarantees or warranty and are not accepted for returns.
Items sold New or Used come with a 30 day return policy (from the day of receipt) unless otherwise noted in item description.

The RMA Process

RMAs for defects or misrepresented item, a call tag will be issued with our shipper.

For all other RMAs, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Items returned must be in the original condition it was received - including boxes, manuals, packaging, accessories, etc. Package must be insured and packed appropriately to ensure safe return.

Your RMA will be inspected when received and you will be notified if there are any discrepancies.

The Refund Process

For RMAs requested within the 30 day return policy, you will offered a refund in the form of original purchase method, store credit, or exchange (if we have a suitable replacement item available).
For RMAs requested after the 30 day return policy, we reserve the right to refuse but we may offer store credit as a courtesy at our discretion.
Refunds for reasons other then defects or a misrepresentation may incur a 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items New and/or in original sealed packaging, you MUST contact us before opening/breaking a seal if you intend on returning the item.

Refunds for misrepresentations or defects will be refunded in full.
