Any standard M12 female A-coded receptacle or cable socket with a 4-pin configuration. Confirm A-coding and pin count on your existing receptacle before ordering. B-coded, D-coded, and other M12 coding types are not compatible.
What cable will this accept?
Cables with an outer diameter of 4 to 5.1mm and conductors in the 0.25 to 0.5mm² range (20 to 24 AWG). Cables outside these ranges may not seat reliably or could damage the IDC contacts.
Does it come with installation instructions?

Is the IP67 rating active out of the box?
IP67 is achieved only when the connector is fully mated and the coupling nut is tightened to the specified torque. The connector alone is not sealed. Follow the manufacturer's torque specification and use proper cable strain relief to maintain the rating in service.
Is this compatible with DeviceNet or CANopen systems?
A-coded M12 connectors are the standard physical interface for DeviceNet and CANopen. This connector is A-coded and 4-pin, which matches that wiring scheme physically.
