AMETEK Parts
AMETEK began in 1930 as American Machine and Metals, took the AMETEK name in the early 1960s, and is based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Its U.S. Gauge business, founded in 1904, makes pressure gauges, and AMETEK also makes test and measurement instruments.
The AMETEK parts here are 2 in. dial U.S. Gauge pressure and vacuum gauges, IPS-200 indicating pressure switch gauges that read pressure and switch a circuit at a set point, and intrinsically safe noise dosimeters.
How to pick one: match the dial size, the pressure range, the connection thread and the mount (bottom or back) to the old gauge. A vacuum gauge reads in inches of mercury and is not a swap for a pressure gauge.
