The black plastic 40-pin DIP body carries four lines of gold-toned marking: DS80C320 on the first line, MCG on the second, then 0743C7 and 183AB. Both rows of leads are straight, in plane, and bright tin with no solder residue, no tinning shadows, and no bent or clipped pins - the normal look of a device removed from a socket rather than desoldered from a board. Two round tooling depressions and the pin-1 dot are clearly visible on the top face. Shown on pink antistatic foam on the photo bench.
