New, unused. The can is a diamond-flange TO-3 (TO-204AA) metal package. The top of the can is stamped with the interlocking SGS logo over "12020-E" and, below that, "48540". The strike is shallow and low in contrast - the "-E" suffix is only partially struck and the "48540" line is faint, so read the photos closely rather than take our word for it. On the pin side, the two leads are straight and bright, seated in intact glass-to-metal seals, with no solder on them and no bends.
