KOA Speer Parts
KOA Speer Electronics is based in Bradford, Pennsylvania, and is the American arm of Japan's KOA. It makes resistors, surface-mount and leaded, along with chip inductors, fuses and other passive parts.
The KOA Speer parts here are resistors and chip inductors: RM73B thick-film chip resistors, MO series metal oxide axial resistors and CF carbon film axial resistors, plus 0805 chip inductors.
How to spot one: the value in a KOA number uses three digits, two figures and a multiplier, so 302 is 3 kohm and 472 is 4.7 kohm, and the tolerance letter follows (G for 2%, J for 5%).
