Vishay Cera-Mite Parts
Cera-Mite made ceramic disc capacitors and PTC thermistors in Grafton, Wisconsin. Vishay bought the company in 2000, and its parts carry the Vishay Cera-Mite name, including AC-line safety-rated disc capacitors.
The Cera-Mite parts here are ceramic disc capacitors, including 1 kV Z5U discs and 250 VAC discs, plus axial monolithic ceramic capacitors.
How to read one: the three-digit code is picofarads, two figures and a count of zeros, so 682 is 6800 pF (6.8 nF) and 224 is 0.22 uF. Match the voltage when you replace a disc.
