The yellow painted carbon steel outer ring carries the embossed Flexitallic script logo and is stamped around its face 1 1/4, 150, ASME B16.20, 304/FG; the reverse face is embossed China. Under the camera the wound sealing element is bright and even the whole way around, with no crushed sections, no bolt or flange face impressions, and no rust or pitting on the windings. The painted ring shows only light handling marks consistent with shelf storage. Against the ruler the outer ring measures approximately 3 inches across. Photographed loose on the bench; no original bag, box, or paperwork is shown.
