This Used Edmunds 5100018 comparator tip set carries visible corrosion, and the photos are the honest record of it. One tip has a heavy patch of orange corrosion on its blade that spreads from the upper blade face down toward the stamped base. A blade edge on the set also carries rust-colored staining running most of its length, with lighter scattered staining on the surrounding flats and fine speckling near the bored ends. Both blade faces are darkened and mottled from age and handling.
