Each unit arrives as an uninstalled kit: two orange molded halves joined by an integral rubber tether, two nickel plated crimp-on fuse clips for your wire ends, and two glass Buss AGC cartridge fuses, one 20A 32V and one 15A 32V. The body carries molded BUSS lettering, a FUSE arrow, and 30A and 32V markings, and the internal threads that seal the two halves together are clean and undamaged. Product Overview

This Eaton Bussmann in-line fuse holder is built for circuits that live outdoors, on the water, or bolted to something that vibrates. The two halves thread together over the fuse, and the molded tether visible in the photos keeps them joined so the cap never wanders off in a bilge or engine bay. It accepts standard 1/4" x 1-1/4" (6.35 mm x 31.8 mm) fuses such as the AGC series, and the included crimp-on clip terminals take #16 to #12 AWG copper wire. It carries an IP67 waterproof rating with vibration resistance tested per MIL STD 810C, temperature performance from a brittle point below -60 C up to a +100 C relative thermal index, and the high-visibility orange casing makes the fuse point easy to find during field service. Two AGC fuses, 20A and 15A at 32V, are included with each holder.

Frequently Asked Questions

What fuse sizes does this holder accept?

Standard 1/4" x 1-1/4" (6.35 mm x 31.8 mm) fuses, the common AGC cartridge size.

Are fuses included?

Yes. Each holder comes with one Buss AGC 20A 32V fuse and one Buss AGC 15A 32V fuse, both visible in the photos.

Does it come assembled?

No. As the photos show, it is a kit: two tethered holder halves, two crimp-on clip terminals, and two fuses. You crimp the clips to your #16 to #12 AWG wire, drop in a fuse, and thread the halves together.

Can it live outside or in an engine compartment?

Yes. It carries an IP67 waterproof rating, vibration resistance tested per MIL STD 810C, and a temperature range from below -60 C brittle point to a +100 C relative thermal index.

Why is it orange?

Visibility. In a packed harness or a dark bilge, the bright casing makes the fuse point fast to locate when something needs service.

Why buy one or two here instead of a 10-pack on eBay or Amazon?

Because you probably need one circuit protected, not ten. PartsMine sells the exact quantity you need - a single holder for one repair, or a handful for the boat. Shipping is $8 flat rate, free over $28, so a couple of pieces usually costs well under a forced-quantity lot. Same or next business day shipping from Idaho.

Bussmann has been making circuit protection for more than a century, and this holder shows the philosophy plainly: seal it against water, tether the cap so it cannot get lost, and paint it the one color you can find in a dark engine bay. Wire it in and forget about it until the day it earns its keep.
