Product Overview

Bantex 3400-7 Non-Kink Oxygen Tubing, 7 Feet, Factory Sealed with Molded Green End Connectors

Condition

New, still in the original factory bag. The clear poly bag is heat sealed across the top and has not been opened. Through the bag the tubing is translucent green, coiled flat, with a darker green molded connector at each end. The printed Bantex insert card sits inside the coil and is fully readable: the bantex logo, "Non Kink Safety Type", and a checkbox list of the Oxygen Tubing Products line with the box for Item # 3400-7, 7' Oxygen Tubing marked. The card also states "Contains One Each Per Package - Disposable Non Sterile - Clean Ready For Use". No yellowing, crushing, or flattened runs are visible in the coil. We did not open the bag, so nothing here was bench tested.

Same or next business day shipping from our Idaho warehouse. Honest pricing, no nonsense.

Product Overview

This is Bantex item number 3400-7, the 7 foot length in the Bantex Oxygen Tubing Products family, supplied sealed in its original bag with the manufacturer's insert card. The card calls it the Non Kink Safety Type and lists the rest of the family alongside it, with checkboxes for 3400-7U, 3400-14, 3400-25, 3400-25U, 3400-40, and 3400-50, so there is no ambiguity about which length is in this bag: the 3400-7 box is the one marked. Each package contains one tubing assembly, described on the label as disposable, non sterile, and clean ready for use, with a caution for single patient use only and a note that sterilization or cleaning solutions may leave the device nonfunctional. The tubing itself is soft translucent green with molded darker green ends, the shape most people recognize from oxygen supply lines, and it is also the sort of low pressure line that gets pressed into service on a bench for air and gas routing. Inner diameter, wall thickness, and pressure rating are not printed on the visible label. Not confirmed - verify against the manufacturer datasheet before use.

Applications

  • Respiratory equipment technician restocking a cart who wants a marked, sealed, known 7 foot length instead of cutting an unlabeled bulk roll
  • Training instructor building practice kits for first responder or nursing classes, where non sterile disposable tubing is exactly the right thing to hand out
  • Lab or shop tech running a soft low pressure air or gas line between a bench regulator and a fixture, using the molded ends rather than fabricating fittings
  • Equipment refurbisher completing a unit that shipped originally with a 3400 series line and wanting the correct length back in the box

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is inside the bag?

One 7 foot Bantex 3400-7 tubing assembly with a molded connector at each end. The insert card states "Contains One Each Per Package", and the photos show a single coil. The bag is sealed and we left it that way.

Is this sterile?

No. The manufacturer label reads "Disposable Non Sterile - Clean Ready For Use" and cautions single patient use only. The same label warns that sterilization or cleaning solutions may leave the device nonfunctional, so this is not tubing you clean and re-run.

What is the inside diameter, and what will the ends mate to?

Not printed on the visible portion of the label, so we cannot confirm it. The ends are molded green connectors of the common oxygen supply style, but if a specific fitting has to mate, measure or check the Bantex datasheet before you commit to it.

Can I use it for shop air or a bench gas line instead of oxygen service?

People do, and the soft molded-end construction is convenient for it, but we sell this as surplus hardware and cannot rate it for any pressure or any medium. Nothing here was pressure tested. Confirm suitability against the manufacturer datasheet before you put anything behind it.

Why buy two or three lengths here instead of a sealed case of fifty?

Because almost nobody needs fifty. We have deep stock on this one, so order the exact count the job calls for: one for a single cart, three for a training set, a handful for a shelf of spares, and stop there rather than paying for a case and storing the other forty-seven. Every piece is the same sealed factory bag pictured, priced individually. Shipping is $8 flat rate and free once your order passes $28, and orders leave our Idaho warehouse the same or next business day.

Seven feet of green tubing that has spent its whole life coiled in a sealed bag, waiting on a supply cart that never came. The bag is still shut, the label still legible, and where it goes next is your call.
