The photographed piece has a blue coated disc body printed B over 332K over 1KV, with a small mark and the figures 162 alongside that are not clearly legible in the photograph. Both radial leads are straight, bright and full length, with no solder on them and no visible corrosion or oxidation. Against the millimeter ruler the disc body measures approximately 9 mm across.
