It comes with its original blue and white Computer Products Power Module carton, PM 519 showing through the punched front window, the Ft. Lauderdale street address and phone printed along the bottom, a TRIPLE-TESTED panel on the side, and the white foam insert still in the box. Five gold-plated pins on the underside are straight and bright, marked +, -, TRIM, AC and AC, with a threaded brass mounting insert at the center of the base.
