Electronics Components International (ECI) is the name on a line of general-purpose axial resistors.
The ECI parts here are 1/4 watt through-hole resistors: 1% metal film and 5% carbon film, for board builds and repairs.
How to read one: a 1% metal film resistor usually carries five color bands (three digits, a multiplier and tolerance), while a 5% carbon film part carries four. Match resistance and wattage when you replace one; a 1% part can stand in for a 5% part of the same value and wattage.
