Product Overview

Pre-assembled industrial control subpanel built around an ABB AF110-30 three-pole contactor and an ABB SACE S3 50A molded-case circuit breaker. The contactor includes an installed CAL18-11 auxiliary contact block and an RA5 interface module, driven by a wide-range 100-250V AC/DC coil. Line and load distribution is routed through six Erico 563270 distribution terminal blocks connected with flexible Erico Flexibar busbars and rear-mounted 4 AWG cable, all pre-wired on a painted metal backplate.

Key Features

  • ABB AF110-30 three-pole contactor rated for 110A AC-3 operational current
  • Wide-range contactor coil rated for 100-250V AC (50/60 Hz) and 100-250V DC
  • Side-mounted CAL18-11 auxiliary contact block providing 1 NO and 1 NC contact
  • Front-mounted RA5 interface and surge suppression module
  • ABB SACE S3 three-pole molded-case circuit breaker rated at 50 A
  • Six Erico 563270 modular distribution terminal blocks rated for 500 A and 600V
  • Interconnected using insulated Erico Flexibar copper conductors and rear-routed 4 AWG cable
  • Pre-mounted on a rigid painted subpanel backplate ready for enclosure integration

Applications

  • Installing as a replacement starter and disconnect core in existing motor control cabinets.
  • Integrating a pre-wired main breaker and contactor stage into custom machine builds.
  • Repurposing heavy-duty switching and distribution hardware for high-power workshop tools or rotary phase converter setups.

Frequently Asked Questions

What control voltage does the contactor coil accept?

The contactor coil is rated for 100 to 250V AC at 50/60 Hz as well as 100 to 250V DC.

Are auxiliary contacts included on the contactor?

Yes. A side-mounted CAL18-11 auxiliary block is installed, providing one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact.

What am I receiving, and what testing has been performed?

This listing is for the complete intact subpanel assembly as shown, including the contactor, breaker, terminal blocks, wiring, and mounting plate. It was removed from decommissioned equipment and completed a visual inspection, but operational testing was not performed.
