Genuine Webasto D60 Snap-On Thru-Wall Duct Flange for 60mm Heater Ducting - 1320923A
Condition
Unused, clean and in excellent condition. Genuine Webasto OEM part. The photographs show a one-piece black molded flange with a short collar rising off a flat circular disc. The disc face carries a molded Webasto wordmark with a casting reference beneath it, a molded PA66 GF30 material marking, and two molded date-code wheels. Surfaces are uniform matte black with no scuffing, no heat discoloration, no adhesive residue and no sealant on either face. The only marks visible are ordinary molding artifacts: faint parting lines around the collar, small gate and ejector marks on the rim, and a light flash line where the two mold halves met. Nothing in the photos shows installation wear.

Product Overview
Webasto 1320923A is the D60 snap-on duct flange, the fitting that turns a raw panel hole into a finished 60mm duct termination. The short collar passes through the bulkhead, cabinet wall or floor panel and the wide disc sits flat against the surface, giving 60mm ducting a square, supported landing instead of a ragged cut edge. It is a passive molded part with nothing to wire and nothing to adjust. The flange face is marked PA66 GF30, the ISO designation for polyamide 6/6 reinforced with 30 percent glass fiber, which is the engineering plastic Webasto uses where a fitting has to hold shape near warm air. Against the PartsMine millimeter rule, in the photo where the disc lies flat in the rule's own plane, the disc measures approximately 89mm across and the through-bore reads approximately 56mm. Those are photo readings, not Webasto specifications. Per the original listing it suits standard 60mm ducting on Webasto Air Top and Eberspacher (Espar) heating systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this take standard 60mm heater ducting?
It is sold as the D60 size for standard 60mm ducting, and that is what the original listing states. We cannot prove that fit from the photographs. The duct snaps over the outside of the collar, so the through-bore we can read off the rule - approximately 56mm - is not the dimension that decides whether your duct seats. Take the D60 designation, not our photo measurement, as the compatibility claim. The duct snaps onto the collar; no clamp is supplied and none is shown in the photos.
What size hole does my panel need?
Measure before you cut. The photos show the collar passing through the panel and the disc covering the cut edge, with the disc measuring approximately 89mm across, so the finished flange hides a modest amount of overcut. Both numbers here are read off the millimeter rule in the photographs, not from a Webasto drawing, so dry-fit against your own panel before committing to a hole saw.
How hot can it run?
The flange is molded from PA66 GF30, a glass-filled nylon chosen for dimensional stability in warm air, and the original listing describes the part as intended for high-temperature heating and ventilation service. A specific temperature limit is not confirmed here - check Webasto documentation for the duct position you are filling, particularly if it sits close to the heater outlet rather than out at a register.
Is anything else included?
No. What ships is the single molded flange shown in the three photographs. No duct, no clamp, no gasket, no screws.
I only need one flange for my build. Why buy this Webasto piece here instead of a used ducting lot or a whole takeout heater kit?
Because you get the exact fitting your build is missing, photographed from three angles, with the molded Webasto wordmark and the PA66 GF30 material code readable before you ever click buy. The alternative for a single D60 flange is usually a mixed ducting lot or somebody's stripped heater install, where condition is a guess and the flange may already have been pried out of a panel once. This is unused OEM stock and there are four on the shelf, so a two-outlet build can be sorted in one order. Shipping is $8 flat rate, free once your order passes $28, and orders leave our Idaho warehouse the same or next business day.
Glass-filled nylon, a Webasto name molded right into the face, and one job to do: hold a 60mm duct square in a wall while hot air pushes through it on a cold morning. Cut the hole once, snap the duct on, and this is the part you never think about again.
