Make sure your regulators, transistors, and TO-220 packaged chips stay cool by clipping on a heatsink. You may have a transistor or regulator that supports high currents. The majority of TO-220s can dissipate a maximum of 2W without a sink, so this clip on heat sink radiator is a great piece-of-mind.
