Banner DXMR90-4K is a compact 4-port IO-Link Master built to connect smart sensors directly to industrial Ethernet networks and cloud platforms. It serves as the hub for Banner's Snap Signal ecosystem, translating IO-Link device data into EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and PROFINET simultaneously. Designed for on-machine mounting, it eliminates the need for large control cabinets while enabling condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. With built-in logic capability and support for MicroPython scripting, it can process data at the edge before sending it upstream.
