NEC Parts
NEC was founded in Tokyo in 1899 as Nippon Electric Company. Its semiconductor business became NEC Electronics in 2002 and merged with Renesas Technology in 2010 to form Renesas Electronics, which carries on many NEC parts.
The NEC parts here are photocouplers, including PS2501 series high-isolation transistor-output photocouplers in multi-channel versions and 4-pin DIP photocouplers, plus SMD tantalum capacitors.
When you replace a photocoupler, match the number of channels, the output type and the isolation voltage, and check the pin layout, since single, dual and quad versions use different packages.
