IFM Parts
ifm was founded in Essen, Germany, in 1969 by Robert Buck and Gerd Marhofer, and introduced inductive proximity sensors that year under the efector name. It makes sensors, vision sensors and connection technology for factory automation.
The IFM parts here are machine vision accessories and connection pieces: bar lights and diffuser windows for O2D vision sensors, M12 cordsets and RJ45 to M12 Ethernet cables.
When you replace a cordset, match the M12 coding, the pin count and the connector gender; D-coded M12 is used for Ethernet, and it will not mate with the A-coded M12 used on most sensors.
