The Cal Test parts here are 4 mm sheathed banana plugs and in-line banana jacks that mount without solder, in red and black, for 12 AWG lead wire.
A sheathed banana connector has an insulating shroud around the contact, so a sheathed plug mates with a sheathed jack or a shrouded panel socket. Match the color to the lead polarity when you build a set.
