The AMD MACH130-20JC is a high-density EE CMOS programmable logic device. It is part of the MACH 1 family, which offers approximately six times the logic macrocell capability of the popular Lattice Semiconductor PAL22V10 PLDs.

This AMD PLD provides either registered or combinatorial outputs with programmable polarity, allowing designs to be placed and routed efficiently. It also features a switch matrix fed by inputs and outputs, as well as an array of programmable interconnects.
